I would like to hit a business soon, but I need more advice and outside experience.
This brand has a website: https://www.allsaints.com/fr, and it is on this one that I would like to do the SE. I want to use a DNA method for a total of 200-250€, and for a package with several clothes (I would say 2kg in total).
Only, the customer service of the website is managed by an external company called "Global-e". I have checked their terms and I understand that they are responsible for lost packages.
Do any of you have any experience with them?
Does the fact that Global-e is handling this externally impact the SE ?
Thank for your futur reply and have a great day !
I did Allsaints via ftid. They started an investigation with the carrier but did get my refund. This is the email they sent me: "Thank you for getting in touch.
We are sorry to hear about your return issue.
We take all reports of loss or damage seriously and will need to review internally and open an investigation with our courier partner to resolve this matter for you.
To initiate this process, please submit the below form within 48 hours of receiving this email.
Customer Declaration Form
Please note we require up to 10 working days to investigate with our courier partners, this may take longer during busier periods.
Our objective is to resolve this for you as rapidly as possible.
We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation."
What is the form you had to fill out? Did it contain any restrictions such as an ID or just a form stating the problem you encountered?
