- activated NorthVPN on computer and on Nox
-fake name
-fake adress
-new mail
-fake phone number
-fake name for VCC
-VCC number
-delivery to a relay point close to my city

In terms of the VPN, did you use a dedicated/static IP address?

@mothered on your blog you put that the item should be the same precise weight,  is it without the box right, only the item weight ?

In terms of the wrong Item received method, It's the gross weight - In this case, box/packaging & Item.
