Since I can't use the missing item method now, what should I do?In a situation like this it is still entirely possible to do the DNA (Did not arrive) method. I've done this before. Since the order was separated into two packages though it's more important to focus on the way you talk to the rep to make the strange circumstance more believable. Some simple lines that make it easier to play the dumb car, could be anything from "I wasn't sure whether to call you guys or the carrier," to, "I just think it's strange that bothpackages never arrived, I'm not sure if this was a shipping issue or somehow it was never shipped. It's just weird." It's always good to acknowledge the situation as it is, and remember to be realistic about the whole thing.
But yes, continuing to use the DNA method is still valid. You just have to be smart about it.
Don't think it's going to be a home delivery, but rather a pickup delivery unfortunately. Still not a 100% sure though so I guess I'll have to wait and see. But incase it is a pickup delivery, do I claim EB instead?

Don't need the hoodies, just the shoes. So if the parcel with the shoes would arrive a few days later can I still claim DNA?
