MyProtein -> online query for DNA -> investigation -> signed a did not receive form -> a lot of back and forth, i think their investigation team also lost track of their own investigation and they started a new one. -> refunded

Nike -> called CS -> opened investigation -> took a while to get a response as they investigated with courier and internally -> sent me courier confirmation of delivery (turns out the courier signed for it himself and left it on the doorstep because signature was required) -> sent my own signature complaining that theyre not similar at all -> few days after got a refund.

After the investigation open, did you contact Nike or waited for a response? How many days that took?

Followed up after a few working days, there was alot of hooha in between for both but got there in the end. Don't think it matters whether you contact them while theyre investigating but I would definitely follow up after 4-5 working days to poke them along just mentioning "still waiting for package"
