I understand your frustration, It's been a long run of communications to no avail.

It's only been 2 days since your email to Bezos, so give It a little more time. In the meanwhile, do yourself a favour and take a break from this SE for a couple of days or so - just to replenish the mind. If there's still no reply, we'll take It from there.

The problem is that I need that money, I'd never expect that my funds could be blocked for a legit return.
