Another more unfortunate update.

Claimed EB, sent some pictures of the empty shoe box. (shipping label was not seen by the agent)
Was told that i will receive an email, did not receive one after 5 days.
Today i got on live chat again and was told that after an investigation, "we have received no damage scans. Which means  the parcel was delivered as loaded"
I escalated the claim, and i am waiting for a response through email again.
Any tips?

The next course of action (If any), will be based on the escalation's reply.
