Bought gaming laptop online then bought really cheap one in store. Called them and claimed they’d delivered the cheaper one. They collected the cheap one and refunded me for the gaming laptop.

Obviously still had the outlay of the cheaper laptop but it was probably 5% of the cost of the gaming one

Also did you match weight? Or for instance can I get a £150 chrome book from store order the £1250 MacBook Air- then say they delivered the chrome book?

Had to call to chase them up after a few days. I didn’t even think about the weight if I’m honest. Would probably take a bit more care next time though!

I think the easiest way would be to ask for a replacement… as the drivers don’t care what you hand them back trust me.. so get your replacement no time for them to investigate then just take it back to store for a refund
