Due to the closure of my bank account (cifas marker) I was unable to preform any refunds recently. The bank hasn't returned my money so its quite frustrating.

Can you speculate on what might have caused the CIFAS marker ? Have you done hundreds of refunds on that account ?

I'm not speaking for the member In question, but generally, all It takes Is a single transaction to be deemed as potential fraud thereby trigger the CIFAS marker.
