What country did you select? I didn't had any problems with Germany for example. They have a telegram channel with their support team on it. If you would join them, they would gladly answer your questions. I know that they recently announced that Sweden orders got cancelled and refunded because of the boxer, not them.

Wrote to them on their thread yesterday on nulled (no reply) and wrote there again today and via their website.
Making an order for the third time with a different service to see if it will finally be accepted.

If they had clear communication it would save them and the customer time.
Will try telegram if it gets cancelled again.

They don't monitor their thread 24/7. As I said, the best communication from them is on their Telegram group, you can find the link on their website. I know that they can be slow and bad with their communication, but their service is quite good. But yeah, you can try other services, but I checked that some of them have scam reports and waiting times for weeks with worst support than them. So I'm just using ftid.io and not complaining as long as my orders getting dropped and their methods are working.

Sure, I get it. I am not one of those 12 year olds who is panicking about not receiving an immediate reply regarding a 40 dollar order.

Responding once a day is reasonable but when they don't respond to public questions but have time to bump the thread, that's not a good look.
Keeping an open mind, maybe third time lucky and they will accept this order or give useful comments as to why it is not available.
