In short, all you're concerned with Is that you received the wrong Item and bringing It to the company's attention. What happens thereafter, will be tackled according to questions and requests thrown at you.

been contacted by the representative he continued to show how sorrowful the incident is and it wont happen again then he asked whether if the wrong package got packed by the delivery driver , which i replied that he gave me a call and confirmed he will come after couple hours , indeed after 3 hours or so i've been contacted by the delivery individual so he receives the returned package which offcourse i complied .

what do you plan on doing after FTID ?

FTID is more like a key that opens a random door among hundreds, in other words its literally a method to push your luck so it's almost unreliable in the normal circumstances . for me i'will not go for this method unless if it's my really my last resort .
