So I went there today t collect the parcel . The guy got angry that I don’t have an id and said next time he won’t give parcel to me.

So what do I tell Sephora ? Should I say that I received an email from Evri that my parcel is collected .  However when I went to the shop they did’nt have it ? Is this correct?
