Good move to opt for Amazon.

The WIR has a very good success rate.

After 10 minutes from receiving the item , contacted an amazon "rep" via call to more effective emotional link by acting dramaticly that i'm in total shock and almost losing it duo to my findings that after opening the product box i found a totally different item from what i ordered and the item i found seemed like it was implemented either from the retailer or from a previous customer who owned it before me . i was told to wait a little on line and after a couple of minutes "rep" came back and told me that the retailer was flaged and reported duo to such an action and by tommorow a delivery individual will come to my place so he retakes the wrong item .
