They denied me the refund. Claimed once it is marked delivered they fulfilled their part. I contacted Nordstrom before laser ship. Sent an email to laser ship today after i got denied, currently waiting on a reply. crazy part is the package was not dropped off at my door, but elsewhere in my area. ND also said they are willing to work with police if i choose to open an investigation, but I don't want to do that. Hopefully Laser ship saves this. Any tips or advice? I can dispute on pay pal but i wanted to save that for something bigger.

Did the delivery research team email you after you contacted customer service, or were you denied upfront?

I chatted on live chat first, a day later the research delivery team emailed me denying the refund. I am waiting for laser ship to reply back now.

Did the representative in live chat mention anything about a refund on your case? Or was it just the decision that was going to be made by the team?
