I contacted Nike and explained I still hadn’t received my order, the rep then came back to me and said that my order had a delay based on the end of the courier and they had contacted their senior team to look into it. I was told i would receive an update in 48 hours, i told them i’m going on holiday in 3 days and cant afford to wait that long and if my order isnt here in 2 days i will be cancelling the order.

The courier seems to have fucked up here and not actually marked the order as delivered as I never received a delivery confirmation text/email and now Nike can’t even see that it’s been delivered on their system.

Looks promising thus far.

They have no Idea what's going on, both the company and carrier.
