Yes there are CCTV cameras as it’s a mini supermarket. But there are lots of parcels there . The guy gets the parcel from the room .

Also when I pick the parcel I get email from EVRI that your parcel has been collected and the email from company as well that my parcel  is now delivered.

If It can be done, simply say that you went to collect your package but It wasn't there.
