I got a refund for a pro last week but it took 4 weeks
The email said we dont usually refund under these  circumstances but will this time
And i will not receive a refund again so order somewhere else lol

Did you say the quest box was empty? Ie, received box but missing contents? Or that the shipping box was empty, and missing the quest box?
