I definitely don't suffer from headaches or any negative effects. I assume VR should be a smooth experience.

I've personally owned the quest 1 and 2 previously and the quest is BY FAR the best vr user experience in my opinion and the lenses are great, its essentially just put on and start playing (only sold it as I already had PCVR), PCVR is nice but having to setup base stations and headsets themselves costing $1k+ still and not nearly as clear as the quest 2 is unfortunate. Also pirating is super easy on the quest since it just runs on android
