I got a refund for a pro last week but it took 4 weeks
The email said we dont usually refund under these  circumstances but will this time
And i will not receive a refund again so order somewhere else lol

Feel like that may be because it was the pro which is much more of a "loss" for them than the regular quest, but hopefully not the case
