No, it literally was a pic where you could see his arm and feet

and the advisor said that there was no real signature other than it saying my name. He claimed that as a signature. It said  “Received by USERX” in bold like and claimed “USERX” was the signature

Well, that does not relate to you In any way, hence It's worthless to verify the shipment.
