So I just recently completed a SE that lasted two weeks with neiman marcus for a canada goose jacket. I believe I got really lucky with this claim. After my item got delivered I noticed on the website that it was still marked as "SHIPPED" with a tracking number that didn't match the label. I had gotten this delivered from a neiman marcus near me for same day delivery. So I came up with the idea of using DNA since the tracking was incorrect. I pushed very hard throughout the whole claim. Every time I'd call they told me that they would need to reach out to the store to find where the package. Finally today I reached out to a supervisor who stated since theyre unable to get in contact with the store they can issue my refund since they aren't able to see what carrier they used, however they told me my address was now blacklisted to prevent future claims
