They do with In-store returns (confirmed by a few colleagues of mine), but I'm pretty sure It's not the case online.

Yeah they opened one of my returns in store which I swapped out but they said I looked shocked so refunded me, countless boxed returns online and didn’t hear anything back

It’s all a risk game ain’t it haha, try things your self that may or may not work. I’ve actually been doing it for 3-4 years and I only discovered this forum a few weeks ago, I didn’t know what a SE was I’ve just been doing things I think may work, confusing reps and getting refunded haha

Best thing is a cardboard box, because you can just open from the bottom with something sharp then glue it back together
