Did Amazon Issue a replacement?

Glorious gave me the replacement, I DNA'd on amazon.

Please provide a breakdown of each SE In point form.

The first SE, Amazon.co.uk DNA
- I first obviously went to support and told them my package didn't arrive and it was my sons present that I needed urgently, after back and forth they offered me a refund/replacement, I took the refund.
The second SE Gloriousgaming.com SN (i think)
- With the mouse I got, I went to their site and said that my mouse was faulty, they asked if amazon would let me get a refund/return, I said amazon insisted on going to the supplier, they asked me for proof of the issue, I sent a video of my mouse being plugged in but not working, but when I showed the mouse being unplugged, when moving the camera away, with my other hand I unplugged it and showed the mouse. They also asked me to show POP(proof of purchase) inside the whole video, I just put it on my screen.
The third SE Gloriousgaming.com DNA
- I went to glorious support and say my parcel didn't arrive, they asked me to wait 3 business days, I waited and went back to them, they said to wait ANOTHER 3 business days, so I did, I came back and they offered me a refund/replacement, the refund being store credit, I asked for the store credit refund and they gave me 54.99$, even though the mouse was 39.99$ which was weird, maybe shipping.
With the store credit I bought a XXL Extended Mouse pad and a keyboard wrist wrest, which I am not SEing, since it would be stupid to.
