I successfully EB'd a pair of Bose earbuds from Currys and sold them on Facebook marketplace yesterday

Did you use your real credentials to buy & sell?

I used my own Facebook account and the guy bank transferred me the money when I got to his house, I delivered them to him, he doesn't know where I live. I never thought anything of it as I didn't know Bose could blacklist earbuds.

It could be due to a number of reasons.

Ask him/her to explain the Issue.

he says they won't connect to the app and Bose are asking for them to be returned. not sure if they have told him they're blacklisted.

when i met the guy he asked why i was selling them and i said i waited too long to return them. I also stupidly told him i had a receipt to prove they were genuine as there's a lot of fakes on facebook.

Is it possible that Bose have blocked that serial number from connecting to the app?

As with Sony, they have the capacity to blacklist the serial number.

would it be possible for me to get the earphones back off the guy and then try return them to Currys in store for a replacement or would they be able to tell straight away they were blacklisted?
