Hello 4 weeks ago I tried to SE Nike with dna method , told them that the order marked as delivered but I haven’t received yet, the rep told me to contact my local carrier (ups delivers to local carriers to deliver in small towns) and she said if they don’t find anything contact us again,,,I did a legit return because I didn’t know what to do, what to do in situations like this when they tell you to contact courier company?
