I don't know what their definition of "as soon as possible" Is, but It won't hurt to get In touch and ask where your claim stands.

I just checked my convos, same issue with me. They never really gave any updates - so I contacted them every other day over chat. They kept telling me they need more time to look into it, and that will go on until you randomly get an email for the refund

This is what's happening to me right now, they are not updating me and live chat gives the same response. How long did it take for you to get the refund email?

Just got refunded after 6 days of no update. I think you have only to be patience and wait for a refund confirmation from them
