Hi guys I'm new here. Been doing a few DNAs with Nike lately and got a ~ 4/5 success rate.

This time the delivery guy dropped the box to an access point so I didn't try opening a DNA claim yet.
Now what can I do?

1) I say that I'm still waiting for the package
2) I say that i went to the access point and they didn't have my package

Any other options? What would you recommend?  thanks in advance!

There's no way you can say that you went to the access point and they didn't have the package, as they have CCTV and also you need an ID to check in and take the package anyway. Me personally FTID has worked for me, but if not you could maybe try EB or just legit return it to a store or using a label and just re-order again and re-try to do the DNA.
