One of the easiest companies to SE in my experience. I have wardrobes full of Arc gear. Good for reselling too. I dont do DNA with them myself but giving how easy other methods work with them I wouldn't be surprised if it's problem free. They always send me voucher codes for either 20/30% off as well as apologies. Their customer service team can be a bit of a shambles though, I always call as emails can take a while to get it sorted.

Direct from their site. Used to do Zalando but they haven't really had any stock in for a while now on the jackets. I mainly stick to FTID with them but I know partial empty box and wrong item also works.

Despite being a really expensive and high quality brand the rest of it is pretty amateurish. The site sells stuff that is out of stock then get cancellation emails a week later, they regularly send out wrong items or incomplete orders to legit customers. Some people even end up getting additional items. Just take a look on the arc sub Reddit. People were ordering beanies and getting £600 jackets shipped with them and all sorts. Someone even got a pair of trainers from another brand shipped to them
