Asos used to be easy with DNA/EB but recently they started banning a lot of accounts..

yes indeed, my friend made me pay the refunds with a technique he did not say, 20€ for orders of 200€. I was recently banished from Asos.
That said, I think he used the DNA chat method and the refund was instant, no investigation. However, as soon as we exceeded the budget (250€), he said that the refund could not work.
What technique did he use and why did he limit us to refunds?
(He always told us to wait for the package to be marked as delivered on the tracking)
