If the package didn't arrive at their warehouse, how did they Identify It was empty?

I think they are trying to lie to me because on the post office tracking it says that the package arrived in their warehouse

Evidently they are lying - It's blatantly obvious.

Request the escalation, and be sure to keep all details that're to your advantage on hand.

And if I escalate the case, won't it "wake up" the ofm that was on my amazon.fr account until a short time ago? And thus compromise my account?
