So I spent over an hour in the phone for them to tell me that there isn’t even a photo of the package at the time of delivery, BUT THEY STILL WANT A PR.

They'll remain adamant with the PR, and the claim will not move forward until It's received.

I don’t think any claims of damaged item or dna can work, since they keep referring to this “ups tool” that is telling them the weight of the two packages are matching, which was apparently 0.3 lbs??

Which weighing facility are they referring to?
