Got my refund after 6 days

Hey, what did you exactly say to them, and how did the process go, thank you.

Hi, I talked to their rep via the live chat and complained (politely) about receiving an empty quest 2 box.
Rep asked me to send a photo of the shipping box and told me to wait 3-5 days for a response.
An hour later I received the same investigation email that everyone else has posted in this thread.
6 days later they emailed me with my refund confirmation and that was it!
I also mentioned that it was a xmas gift for my significant other to build a story
