Get In contact and ask where your claim stands. If need be, repeat It every few days.

I contacted them again today . They said they don’t work directly with DHL and are waiting for their response.

They said they will contact me once they have any information from DHL.

I don’t know what will happen ! If DHL says everything was normal , they won’t refund me ?
