Chatted up Bestbuy agent via support chat and stated it wasn't delivered 2 days later after it arrived. He said something along the lines of he'll check into it. Chatted them again a day later and said the same thing, new rep requested UPS investigation be started. Went on UPS website, filed a claim, went back to Bestbuy chat and gave them all the same information. New rep sees UPS investigation was started, ordered refund. Refund arrived, UPS investigation was closed today with proof of delivery.
