Tell them to email you the carrier's report, clearly demonstrating the net weight of 4.5 grams for the Item per se.

ok so they have responded with

"We have asked you for a photo of the package. You already threw this away. You also indicated that the package had not been opened. From this and the weight when sorting, we assume that it has been delivered."

what should i respond with

You threw the package away?
Why didn't you take a picture of the chain in the 'empty box' or whatever it came in?

i wasn't originally planning on Seing them so i just threw the package away not thinking i'd need it later
