I have news, regarding the Microsoft LIT, they have told me that the 14th definitely tells me something, the investigation is underway but UPS has not updated anything.
As for DNA with The North Face, they refuse to refund the amount, I copy the last message I received from them:

"We have completed our investigation and are satisfied that all items were successfully shipped and delivered.
In view of this, we have decided not to issue a refund on this occasion.
If you still wish to dispute this, we suggest you make a chargeback inquiry with your bak.
Thank you very much"

I have expressly asked them to send me all the information that UPS has given them regarding the DNA investigation because, as their own workers told me on Friday, the receipt does not include any information, nor who received it, nor signature nor any name . Basically they have made me wait for 2/3 weeks to tell me emphatically to claim the money from banaccount. Any ideas? I can still make the normal return, but I know that they do not have any proof that the package was delivered to me, since they did not see me or take any information.
