What's the reason for the cancellation?

Not sure but it eventually worked.

---

I'm not sure. I did ask to speak to a supervisor but it was brushed off. I have not
directly/Specifically used the word escalation though.

I'm going to write them  An email now and contact them via chat/call later what do you think I should include?

By the sounds of it they have not found anything  in the investigation to contradict what I am saying but instead denying my claim based off the fact that this would be the 2nd product I've received.

Again thanks for all your help here I really appreciate it.

Did you do dna then eb?

Yup tried to double dip

Got it. I'll update you later

I shall await.

"I hope this email finds you well and safe!

My name is ----- from Meta Store Support and I am filling in on behalf of my colleague while he's out of the office to ensure that your ticket is treated with utmost importance.

On behalf of my colleague, as we have mentioned in the previous emails, our team has already made a final decision regarding this matter and we would like to inform you once again that we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund for your order. Since there has been multiple orders shipped to your address that have been reported as empty boxes, this is a serious issue that needs to be handled by your local authorities.

As much as we wanted to grant your request, I am afraid that we cannot proceed as our company have our own policies that we are following when investigating matter like this one. Again, we highly suggest you to contact your local authorities and seek advise regarding this matter.

If you would like to continue the investigation with us here at Meta Store Support, they are very welcome to do so. Please advised them to contact us through their official government."

They are either brain dead or completely lying.
Nobody at my address has ever ordered from them  Other than me  And only 2 orders have ever been issued  I even double checked the chat logs and I  Only claimed the 2nd order was an empty Box. So I immediately called them out on it and now It seems like they're ignoring me.

In every single email I have asked for a supervisor and for The case to be escalated and It's being brushed off

But you dna'd the first one so why have they said 2 orders have had a empty box,
How long has this been happening for?
