The email saying they're closing my account is apparently a phishing account, the email saying they will refund a random order number is equally as stupid. I messaged them saying ''Thanks for the refund'' they just emailed me back saying ''Thanks for you kind comments''

I'm not attempting to make sense of such stupidity.

Should I just make another chat to an associate  asking where my  claim stands or even try to call them?

I'm gonna try it. Btw does EB mean you say the strap box isn't in there too ? Because there are 2 separate boxes in the original Apple Watch box I just told them nothing was enclosed.
