I have had success with hitting up CS and just saying that i received my order and all the food was completely wrong. Absolutely no evidence required and no risk to the delivery guy. You need to check your ethics when doing this though because alot of the takeaways on there are small independents. I SE the big guys like KFC, McDs etc and then use the refunded money to buy from from the smaller guys on legit orders.
