I guess finding a friend in a foreign country to ship it to is your best option

Quick question, have you ever been asked to take a picture of the label on the package, just recieved a mail asking for 3 things
1) the  label specifically
2) ref or rep
3) adress

Edit: i sent them the info, but it’s the first time i’ve been told they would investigate it by a special team.

Yes, they specifically ask for a picture of the label, which is totally fine to send despite the label stating the correct weight, go figure

Also, for the rest of you all:
YES, AN EMAIL STATING THEY'RE INVESTIGATING IS ABSOLUTELY FINE
Did you expect to get a refund right on chat? Give them a week and you'll have your money, read the past messages if you're worried and keep calm
