yes this is using the amazon bot though, after it redirects me to the return page as i said above and then after a minute or two that question comes up to follow up with a different problem or speak to associate but it does give me the option to return for missing item and then give a reason

Chat bots are pretty much useless with complex claims as yours.

i see was seeing a different way as if i go live chat i have a feeling they will deny or ask for a police report again seems like they've got a flag on account so before they try help all operators can see my before claim for empty box and obviously using the chat return way seemed like a bypass so i thought id ask before doing and being charged 3 months later...
