I got an issue, been waiting on my replacement for a while now and so far I just keep getting delayed responses about Logistics trying hard to ship out my replacement but I’m tired of waiting and requested a refund but they denied it because they are unable to process the refund as they are in the process of trying to ship out my replacement. I thought I had the right to ask for a refund?

And has anyone else had experiences where the replacement takes a long time to get shipped out?

In my case they were insanely slow to even process a refund, so I can imagine how slow they can be with shipping a replacement 

Even their replies to my ticket are slow, single response every 12-24 hours.
