My thought process is that since I claimed missing mouse (manufacturer error), it's unlikely that the receiver inside the packaging (it has a specific smaller cardboard packaging within the box) was also missing.

Another way of looking at It, Is how can the manufacturer pack the receiver but neglect the mouse - particularly when they're packed In the factory's assembly line as complete units In the same box?

All made up stories:
For the logitech mouse EB approved first time but refund did not hit my original payment method for some reason. I had to contact support 2 more times, finally it seems a rep authorized my refund but we'll see what happens in 48 hrs
