Postman dropped off the package on the porch, took photos and then left back to the vehicle and marked as delivered, My family member then went outside and the postman witnessed her take the box inside the house and left.

The driver's word holds no value to verify the shipment.

Package itself was pretty poorly packaged too, only air bubbles on one side of the box so the ps5 was probably bouncing around the box during transit.

Were there any damage report stickers on the package?

Since ps5 is a 3rd party vendor's item, but fulfilled by walmart claiming damaged package is still walmarts liability correct?
