i just contacted them and they have put in an appeal. They haven’t even stated a reason for rejecting the refund and closing my account. Gonna chase it up

Same here bro. Had 3 packages arrive today, collected from collection point. I chatted with reps and all said my accounts were blocked when they checked details. Funny enough, I logged in each account perfectly fine. When I told them my items were missing, they checked and said account was blocked. I don't know if it'd because all accounts were fresh or if they linked me. I paid via vcc but same PayPal and collection points.

I made new accounts and only made orders on mobile data so i don’t know how they could have traced it back to being me. Might just have to keep my items as i cant even return them anymore

You can return them, you just need to pay for postage yourself. I returned one item today. You can also download a free returns label from Royal Mail website and send it that way.
