Unless your neighbour Is a good friend and will support your SE, It's not good practice to get them Involved.

But the picture only shows the neighbours legs. Her door number is also not visible in the picture. It could be anybody ! I have just moved into this place so I don’t even know her name.

The Evri guy was banging the door so loudly for me to open that she got scared and said that she will accept the parcel.

Maybe try to send package back and make new one with same content? And then try again
