If they can't do their job, It's not your problem - you've provided everything they've requested. On those grounds, tell them to escalate your claim.

So today they contacted police but the police won’t give them the information. I asked police to give them the information but the police said that they are not allowed to do that .

Why Is Amazon putting the responsibility on you to do the running around for them?

Tell them to wake up to themselves and do the job they're employed to do. You've provided what they've requested, and that's where It ends. If they're having Issues verifying the report with the police, tough luck - It's not your problem. Period.
