When I went on Samsung I went right to chat and they tried to get my subwoofer working which I didn't even have. The gave me a ticket number and told me its processed and has now shipped. When I tried doing it using the repair item link they wanted me to send the non existent item to them for free and then fix it. I couldn't do that so I just went to chat.
What did you say was wrong with the subwoofer? Did they ask for a warranty reference or anything?
Sorry for late reply medical/family BS issues. I just played it very dumb and said it wouldn't turn on. I wasn't prepared and didn't know the subwoofer model number when asked the Q series has different ones. So 5 minutues later I found it on spec crazy crutchfield website. Checked 4-5 days later and they said it has shipped but no tracking which i thought was odd but I got it the next day.
Waited couple days and said the main/ok button wouldn't work and when he told me how to reset it I said I can't that was the button I meant doesn't work. Remote came about 5 days ago. Great Soundbar music and movies sound good.
Oh he even said during the chat "you have an open ticket want me to close it? " I said "yeah don't know that happened" but I do. When I was playing around before just going to chat i tried repair and it created ticket and wanted me to mail "broken" subwoofer to a repair place. I said fuck this and just went to chat and played the typical oblivious about tech person.
