I think generally PR requested which is common with Amazon I guess but also inquiries/escalations being required and denied with the reason being "we have reviewed your claim but have verified that our product was sent". Being ghosted after asking for evidence, chargebacks are the only option left which are often lengthy/annoying.

It's very poor management.

Claims are declined without a shred of evidence In support of their decision. They could've made the whole thing up, and they expect you to believe It?

Hopefully I don't have this problem though, will update yall w/the results.
