Anything under $499.00 all you have to do is fill out a form when it is delivered (form is located here: https://stockxcom/news/package-delivered...-received/ )

They refund you within like 48 hours after you have sent in the request.

I did it about 2 weeks ago for ~$470 for some yeezys.
