94 grams Is well within the EB/PEB weight limit.

I have received my products but I have a doubt about the PEB method on the RAM. Indeed the RAM weighs 94 grams but the packaging itself weighs 44 grams. Is this taken into consideration by amazon / delivery company or only the weight of the object itself (here 94gr) for the PEB method is important?
